“You Are Not Alone” - A community conversation on Mental Illness, Addiction, Trauma & Suicide
We all know someone affected by Mental Illness, Trauma & Addiction
Call of Compassion NW & Millennials In Action are calling all Helpers & Healers to join us in a powerful community conversation on mental illness, trauma & addiction in our lives, families and communities.
Participants will: experience powerful stories of recovery, learn about the warning signs, the effects of stigma/silence, recovery & healing, participate in a facilitated discussion on recovery, and receive healing through the sounds of music by Brittany “Moments of Truth” Davis.
Free, refreshments and snacks will be provided. Community resources will be on site. A gift drive for youth in residential treatment programs will be on site.

Landfill Harmonic Orchestra - presented by The Lift Every Voice Foundation
This Paraguayan youth orchestra lives next to a giant landfill, playing music from instruments made entirely out of garbage. Music Director Favio Chavez’s vision is to provide access to hope and a better life for his pupils. Now known globally, their music is the portal to a life beyond the intergenerational cycle of extreme poverty. http://www.landfillharmonicmovie.com/
